Hours: Full time (36.25 hours per week)
Location: Based in Trafford & will involve travel to new developments across the North West
Trafford Housing Trust are progressing on a new development programme in partnership with L&Q to build affordable homes across the North West. The Trust strives to create great places for people to live and once the places are created, the Customer Operations Team play a vital role in creating an amazing customer experience.
We are looking for someone to join our team who is passionate about creating customer centric allocations, lettings and housing management services in Trafford and across our new developments.
Your focus will be on the improvement of allocations and lettings services across the stock and developing strong, effective partnerships that enhance the customer experience. We are particularly keen to improve digital customer engagement.
You will also be responsible for providing lettings and housing management services across the small but growing portfolio of social rented stock outside Trafford. This will include tenancy and estate management and investigating reports of anti-social behaviour reports across all the new developments.
Experience of working in a front-line housing role is essential and experience of working specifically on new developments will be an advantage. You should have an interest in or knowledge of developing digital customer engagement and be able to manage and deliver projects that will improve our service offer to customers.
As the Trust’s portfolio of properties is increasing, please note this role will involve extensive travel across the North West and you must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car.
